1 fully cooked bone-in ham (7 to 9 lbs.)
white soda or water for bottom of the roasting pan
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbls. Dijon mustard
¼ t. ground cloves
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Using a sharp knife, score surface of ham with ½-inch dep cuts in a diamond pattern.
Pour in a little white soda or water, Cover and bake 1-1/2 hours.
In a small bowl, mix crushed pineapple, brown sugar, Dijon mustard and cloves. Spread over ham, pressing mixture into cuts.
Uncover and bake an additional 30-60 minutes or longer until thermometer reads 140 degrees.
Remove ham from roasting pan, slice and serve with sauce drizzled on top.
