1 lb. fresh or frozen cod or haddock
1/2 t. kosher salt (see note)
1-1/2 Tbls. unsalted butter (see note)
1/2 t. lemon-pepper seasoning
1/2 t. Old Bay seasoning
1/4 t. paprika
Thaw fish, if frozen
Arrange fish in an oblong glass baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. In microwave melt butter. Stir in lemon-pepper, Old Bay seasoning and paprika. Mix together and drizzle butter mixture over fish.
Bake covered in a 400 degree oven about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
