16 chocolate sandwich cookies, crumbled
4 Tbls. butter
24 large marshmallows
3/4 c. milk, heated
2 Tbls. white crème de cocoa
1/4 c. green crème de menthe
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Crumble cookies in a food processor until fine. Mix crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate at least one hour.
In a saucepan, melt marshmallows and milk over medium heat. Remove from heat and cool.
Add cream de menthe and crème de cacao and mix well. Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into chilled pie plate and freeze.
To serve, thaw about 10-15 minutes before cutting.
