Glazed Fruit Salad
Ingredients
  • 20 oz. can pineapple chunks

  • 16 oz. can mandarin oranges

  • 3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)

  • 3 oz. pkg. tapioca pudding

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • any seasonal fruits can be added

Instructions

Drain and save juice from pineapple and oranges. Add 3 cups juice (water can be added to equal 3 cups) and both packages of pudding; boil until thick. Cool.

Pour over fruit (depending on how much fruit you have used, you may not need all of the dressing).

Add banana just before serving.
