6 chicken breasts (skinless)
4 Tbls. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 t. salt
1 t. curry powder
2 Tbls. low-sodium soy sauce
Melt butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Stir in remaining ingredients, except for the chicken and blend with a whisk.
Roll chicken in butter mixture, coating both sides. Arrange chicken in casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, basting occasionally.
