1 pkg. (6) Flat bread (Flat Out brand - multi-grain)
8 oz. can pizza sauce (Pastoreli) or pesto (store bought)
red pepper flakes
oregano
dried Italian seasoning (can also sprinkle on top of cheese)
Canadian bacon (Nueske's or good quality)
pepperoni
turkey pepperoni (add red pepper flakes)
Italian sausage
chicken, cooked and diced
bacon, cooked crisp and pieces broken up (good with Feta and spinach)
artichokes, drained and chopped
fresh baby spinach leaves, torn and stems removed
mushrooms, sliced
green peppers, diced
onions, diced (carmelize for Feta, bacon & spinach)
black olives
pineapple tidbits (Hawaiian)
tomato slices (margarita pizza)
fresh basil
mozzarella cheese, shredded
cheddar cheese, shredded
feta cheese (good with bacon, spinach and caramelized onions)
Place flat bread slices on a large baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread pizza sauce or basil pesto on top of each piece of flat bread.
Add seasonings and toppings of your choice.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes, or until toppings are warmed through and cheese is melted.
