3/4 c. buttermilk (see Note)
3/4 c. low fat sour cream
2 Tbls. mayonnaise
2 Tbls. ranch seasoning (see Note)
juice of half a lemon
1/4 t. fine sea salt
1/4 t. black pepper
couple dashes of hot sauce, optional
1 Tbls. chopped fresh chives, optional (or 1 t. dried)
6 Tbls. buttermilk (see Note)
6 Tbls. low fat sour cream
1 Tbls. mayonnaise
1 Tbls. ranch seasoning
juice of a quarter of a lemon
1/8 t. fine sea salt
1/8 t. black pepper
a dash of hot sauce, optional
3 t. chopped fresh chives, optional (or 1/2 t. dried)
Mix all ingredient together.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
Dressing will keep for about a week in refrigerator.
