Wrap: Day-After Thanksgiving
Ingredients
  • warmed tortillas or wraps (we use whole wheat)

  • low-fat cream cheese (or low-fat mayonnaise)

  • leftover turkey slices, sliced thin, or cut turkey pieces thin strips

  • granny smith apple cut into thin slices, then strips

  • Swiss lace cheese slices

  • lettuce leaves (Romaine)

  • cranberry sauce (not whole berry)

Instructions

Spread tortilla with a thin layer of cream cheese (or mayo).

Add the following: lettuce leaf, apple strips, turkey, cheese and cranberry sauce. Wrap up each “wrap” tightly; wrap individually in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

NOTE: You can substitute deli turkey slices if you don’t have fresh cooked turkey on hand.
