4 apples, cored and diced
1 pear, cored and diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 c. seedless grapes
1 c. low fat vanilla yogurt
1/3 c. white sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. low fat mayonnaise
1-1/2 Tbls. fresh lemon juice (1/2 of a lemon)
1/2 t. ground cinnamon
Mix all the dressing ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. Refrigerate until ready to assemble salad.
Just before serving add dressing to fruits and nuts; toss to coat.
Refrigerate leftovers.
