1 small onion, chopped
4 c. raw cauliflower
1 raw carrot, sliced
8 slices center-cut bacon, fried and crumbled
1/4 t. dill weed, if desired
1 c. light mayonnaise
1/2 c. light sour cream
2 Tbls. milk
3 Tbls. white vinegar
1/2 c. white sugar
Cut up vegetables, onion, cauliflower and carrot.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, vinegar and sugar.
Add vegetables to mixture; add dill weed if using and refrigerate at least two hours.
Add bacon just before serving.
