8 oz. block of low-fat cream cheese, softened to room temp.
1 cup red pepper jelly (good quality, no dyes)
1/3 c. cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied is fine)
Sliced green onions, for garnish
crackers: Multi grain Club (Keebler), Ritz, water crackers etc. and/or pretzels
Spread cream cheese onto a dinner-size plate or small platter.
Mix pepper jelly and cranberry sauce; spread on top of cream cheese.
Serve with pretzels and crackers of your choice.
