8 oz. pkg. low-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise (Hellman's with olive oil)
juice of 1 lemon (2-3 Tbls.)
1/4 c. minced onion (not dry)
1/2 lb. pkg. flaked crab meat (Louis Rich)
1/2 c. minced celery

In a bowl, whip together cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add crab meat, onion and celery.
Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hoursbefore serving.
Serve with crackers.
