Protein packed and delicious dessert.
Perfect as a snack or sweet treat!
2 c. low-fat cottage cheese (Daisy)
1 ripe banana
2 Tbls. maple syrup
½ t. vanilla
sprinkle of cinnamon
dollop of whipped cream
chopped walnuts
mini chocolate chips
sliced strawberries
crushed vanilla wafer cookies.
Add cottage cheese, banana, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy with no lumps.
Spoon pudding it into custard cups or mini jars.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve with desired topping choices.
