A classic and simple creamy coleslaw, perfect side dish for BBQ or pulled pork.

half of a medium cabbage, shredded
1 large carrot, peeled and shredded
½ small white onion, chopped
1 Tbls. distilled white vinegar
½ c. Hellman’s mayonnaise
¼ c. low fat sour cream (Daisy)
1 Tbls. white sugar
1/4 t. ground black pepper
1/2 t. celery seeds (not celery salt)
salt to taste
Dressing: Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a large bowl.
Assemble: Add the cabbage, carrot and onion to the dressing. Taste, adjust seasonings if needed. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
