Slivered almonds can be added if desired.
1-1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1-1/2 c. green grapes, sliced
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
slivered almonds, optional
1/4 c. Hellman’s mayonnaise with olive oil
1 Tbls. milk
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. dry mustard
1/8 t. pepper
1-1/2 t. fresh lemon juice
Combine chicken, grapes and celery in a large bowl and set aside.
Combine dressing ingredients and add chicken mixture. Stir until well coated.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
