cherry or grape tomatoes, sliced
pearl-size mozzarella balls
fresh basil, cut into thin strips or torn leaves
good quality extra virgin olive oil
good quality balsamic vinegar (18 year or older, 25 year is the best)
sea salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, toss together the sliced tomatoes, mozzarella balls and fresh basil.
Add olive oil to the bowl, to your liking and lightly toss together.
Transfer to a serving tray and drizzle balsamic vinegar overall, to your liking.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste and enjoy.
