1 pkg. (10 oz.) mixed salad greens
1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. chopped red onion
1/4 c. crumbled low-fat Feta cheese
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
2 Tbls. plus 2 t. white sugar
1 Tbls. raspberry vinegar
1 Tbls. milk
2-1/2 t. poppy seeds
2-1/2 t. seedless raspberry jam (good quality)
Rinse and dry salad greens. In a large salad bowl, combine the greens, strawberries, kiwi, onion, feta cheese and almonds.
In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients. Drizzle desired amount over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
Refrigerate any leftover dressing.
