Beer Dip

Good with Pretzels

Ingredients
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. low-fat cream cheese, softened

  • 3/4 of a can of beer (about 6 oz.)

  • 2 c. finely shredded low-fat cheddar cheese, divided

  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix (original recipe)

  • Pretzels

Instructions

Soften cream cheese and mix in the ranch dressing and beer. Stir in 1-1/2 cups of the cheese; top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.

Refrigerate overnight for better flavor.

Serve with pretzels.
