6 medium-size Idaho potatoes
extra virgin olive oil (to coat potatoes)
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
4 t. dried basil
1 t. garlic powder
low-fat sour cream, optional
Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch wedges and coat with olive oil.
Mix parmesan cheese, basil and garlic powder; sprinkle over potatoes coated with olive oil.
Place on a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 45-55 minutes. Can turn wedges during baking if desired, but not necessary.
Serve with sour cream if desired.
