4 c. grated low-fat mozzarella cheese
1 c. real mayonnaise (no substitutes)
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese (fresh)
1/2 c. dried parsley flakes
1 can artichoke hearts, squeezed, drained and chopped
1 Tbls. dried onion, minced
Mix all of the above ingredients. Place in a greased baking dish or glass pie plate.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers.
This dip is a bit rich, but excellent!
