Aperol Spritz Cocktail

Especially refreshing during summer.
The better quality Prosecco, the better this tastes.
Low in alcohol, aromatic with citrus and slightly bitter, Aperol pairs perfectly with chilled prosecco.
Ingredients
3 oz. dry prosecco champagne
2 oz. Aperol (refrigerate after opening)
1 oz. soda water (club soda)
1 orange wedge, squeezed into drink
orange wheel or wedge, garnish.
Instructions
Fill a large wine glass 3/4 full with ice cubes.
Pour in Aperol and Prosecco, then top with soda water. Gently stir to combine.
Garnish with an orange wheel.
NOTE: For less sugar, only use 1-1/2 oz. Aperol.
